I spoke with the CCIE Program manager at Networkers (Las Vegas) today about
the ISP/Dial Lab test.
Yes, it is changing. It will be called "Access" and not "ISP/Dial" anymore.
It will incorporate DSL, Cable, and IPSec VPN. There will less emphasis on
ISDN dialing. (That method of access is losing popularity.)
According to him ... the new tests will be released in the next 30-60 days!
If you have passed the original ISP/Dial written test (I did yesterday) it
is still good for admission into the new Lab test. They will be re-writing
a new Qual test for the new "Access" lab.
