224.0.0.5 and 224.0.0.6 are for ospf. Are you doing redistribution
into ospf? The problem you describe can happen if you run eigrp or some
other protocol you're running knows about the network assigned to the bri
or dialer and you're redistributing that protocol into ospf. This usually
happens when you use a 10.x.x.x address and under eigrp you say "network
10.0.0.0". So when the isdn link goes down, eigrp flushes the 10 route
and that info is passed along to ospf. ospf then floods that new
information and the isdn link comes back up.
