1.) My understanding is that if you are running transparent bridging on
multiple interfaces you need to configure IRB to run IP (and HSRP) on that
segment...
Can anyone else confirm this?
2.) How do you have the bridging configured on the DDR interface? A better
way to configure it might be use DLSW+ using loop-back interfaces as
destinations rather than directly bridging onto the serial/BRI line.

Hi all
I am stuck in the following area
1) HSRP:
If I configure HSRP between two routers then the Primary does not knows
about the secondary
This occurs only If I enable bridging also on the both the routers on the
same Ethernet ports
2)
I have configured a DDR circiut working fine and it dials immediately as
soon as the primary link fails down but the bridging traffic doesnot flows
thru it
By bridging I mean simple transparent bridging
Can any body help me with these issues
