Yes...the router configured with `ip ospf demand-circuit' will need to
verify that the remote router agrees on suppressing Hellos (by sending
Hellos with the DC-bit set) and then they must form a FULL adjacency
(with DoNotAge LSAs). Afterwards the line will be idle as far as OSPF
traffic is concerned.
