 Not sure what you are referring to with item 3.

 Each of the equipment racks is seperate for each person that is
taking the test and the network you built is completely seperate
from your classmates. You don't have to be concerned about using
the same address space as your classmates. Just make sure that when
you subnet the address space that it makes sense and is easy to troubleshoot
if there are problems.

 And by the way if you try to communicate with your classmates as
the exam is going on you have a very good chance of the proctor failing
you. The proctor is the only person you should ask questions to.
