Hey Earl,

   The excerpt is confusing. It appears to saying if the total number of TX pac
kets/bytes are not equal to the total number of RX packets/bytes then the link
is poor quality and the link is taken down. That does not make sense at all. Bu
t, I'm probably reading this wrong. Can anyone shed some light on this?
