I beleive it only affects dns queries originating from a router. The
name-server is basically the DNS config for the router. DNS queries
passing via the router are 'routed' according to routing table or
route-maps or what have you. DNS query will be treated like any other
packet and hence will hit the routing queue in the router. Later.
