routing across ISP

Hi guys,
I have a question on routing across tunnel.
Is it possible to have routing across ISP between two private network.
Say I have two private network, both connects to the same ISP. OSPF is the
routing protocol on each private network.
If a tunnel is created between this two sites via ISP, can each site learns
the network from the others using OSPF thru the tunnel created?

Is there a solution for this?
