No but am sure there is a way to change the mac as it seen by tha cam on
a switch. Connect up the ether to a switch port and change mac an dthen
do a sho cam ans see if the advertised mac has changed to the one that
you changed it to. Yes, the bia is in the rom ... logically the bia can
b readdressed - this means not the bia address but the advertised mac
