I believe you are talking about the access layer. Where is the server ?
Typically it is recommended to filter at distribution layer. That way
SAPS from elsewhere do not hit the core and saps from the core do not
flood all vlans. Be careful whilst modifying 1000+ acls - modifications
occasionally leads to deletion. Later.
