Disabling automatic redistribution between Appletalk EIGRP and RTMP

Does anyone have a working configuration for disabling the automatic
redistribution between Appletalk EIGRP routes and RTMP? I'm running IOS
11.2(19)
and it seems to be flaky.

I have two routers (RTR-A and RTR-B) connected via serial. Appletalk EIGRP
and RTMP are both enabled on the serial connection. RTR-A has two local
Ethernet zones/cable-ranges. One of the Ethernet interfaces is defined
with APPLETALK PROT EIGRP and NO APPLETALK PROT RTMP. The other Ethernet
interface is RTMP only. With automatic redistribution enabled, everything
works OK, RTR-B can see both Ethernet interfaces on RTR-A via EIGRP.

However, when I disable automatic redistribution (NO APPLETALK
ROUTE-REDISTRIBUTION on RTR-A and RTR-B), RTR-B can only see the EIGRP
interface on RTR-A. The RTMP interface is never advertised. The command
SHOW APPLETALK NEIGHBOR on RTR-B shows RTR-A as both EIGRP and RTMP
enabled. If I reboot RTR-A and RTR-B, for some reason APPLETALK
ROUTE-REDISTRIBUTION is automatically re-enabled.

Thanks in advance.
