Hi! I tried that, but it didn't show me any love. I even broke down and
called TAC, they gave me a pinout, and that didn't work. If it was only on
one 1900 switch, I would have thought the switch (or port) was bad, but when
I uplugged the AC, held down the "mode" button, it went into DEBUG mode just
fine (with a normal crossover cable...go figure). I have (4) switches that
are all doing the same thing, so it leads me to believe that it is my cable.

TAC gave me a pinout very similar to a null-modem cable (except that pin 7&8
on one end are tied to 7 on the other end).

I made the cable TAC suggested (3) different times just to be sure (and
believe me, Im SURE).

Thanks for the input. Maybe my null-modem cable connector is bad. I'll
give it another wack next week.
