The 11.2.17 IOS solution is:

ipx sap-incremental eigrp 100 ...

11.3 and up is a bit different..

I believe it is "ipx sap-incremental eigrp 100 changes-only"

This is one way to accomplish it. It will only send saps across the
interface when a change occurs.
