It appears you have the Lightstream configured
correctly for the LECS address.
On the LEC (router) do you have it configured all the
way?
int atm0
atm pvc 5 0 5 qsaal
atm pvc 16 0 16 ilmi
lane auto-config-atm-address
int atm0.1
lane client ethernet/tokenring elanname
Doing a 'show lane name elanname' on router will show
you if the router (LEC) is able to join the elan or
not. It will list # of join attempts and continue to
try to join until it is able. It'll also tell you # of
failed join attempts and how soon next attempt is.
