You basically have to enable lat on the interfaces that will
participate in LAT.
R1
interface serial 0
lat enabled
!
lat service LAT_R1 enabled
R2
Specify one router to provide lat services and give it a tag -or- name.
interface serial 0
!
lat service LAT_R2 enabled
* At this point LAT is technically configured, what you are missing are
the following items...
1. Performing the LAT translation
2. Specifying passwords to be used during LAT session

P.S. You previously posted a question regarding blocking NetBIOS traffic
try using 0xF0F0 or like Chi stated just reverse the netbios enabling
out of the config.
