As long as this is an IOS based router by Cisco, you can use an IOS feature
called "Easy IP" which essentially grabs an IP address from a service
providers NAS IP pool and installs it as the BRI interface IP address. The
ethernet address is usually a private address 10.0.0.X and performs NAT.
Most of these routers will also provide DHCP to the ethernet hosts.
