Make sure that on under the "controller serial x" that on one router you
have "clock-source line" and on the other router you have "clock-source
internal". Also make sure the encoding and frameing types are the same on
both ends i.e. B8ZS and ESF. You may or may not have to configure the
"timeslots" command as well, I can't remember what the default is. That
should take care of layer 1. Then set up your layer 2 and 3 stuff on the
serial interfaces. If all that doesn't work then check your pin outs.
