What happens in this lab is that you get OSPF up and working and the
next hop addresses for the routes are not reachable, so you create
a policy route-map to over ride the next hop address to point at the
DR. The real trick is to make sure that the DR is the router that has
the two pvc's so it has direct connectivity to the other routers.
