I´ve just passed the lab, it was my first attempt.

..In my opinion the best docs are:

OSPF Design Guide (Sam Halabi)
Using BGP for Interdomain Routing
IP Routing Fundamentals (Robert Wrigth)
Cisco Documantation Network Protocols Config Guide

..and a lot of hands on training or previous experience...
