Hi Jason
The most thing I can recommend is to practice it.
Try to config all the stuff (MMP;VPDN;AsyncBackup;Dialer Profiles;TACACS;NAT;Le
gacyDDR;PIX)
Try this features not only stand-alone, combine them!
I didn't find a book, which I really can recommend.
The Cisco Interactive Mentor Dial is not a bad source, but it's not enough!
And do a lot routing with redistribution between the different Routing Protocol
s.
Here can I recommend two books:
- Routing TCP/IP Volume I ISBN: 1-57870-041-8
- Internet Routing Architectures ISBN: 1-56205-652-2
Both are real good and you find everything you need for the routing part!
I had a Preparation-Network, where I could try all that stuff.
