rxspeed and txspeed commands for line aux 0

Hi,

I can't imagine a scenario where I need a differet speed for Tx than for Rx, bu
t in all sample configuration I see
this commands, the case is that when I try it on the aux port ( I have tried se
veral models an IOS 12.0 Sw) I get:

C2600-FXO(config)#line aux 0
C2600-FXO(config-line)#rxspeed 19200
Failed to change line 65's speed
C2600-FXO(config-line)#rxspeed 9600
Failed to change line 65's speed
C2600-FXO(config-line)#speed 57600
C2600-FXO(config-line)#speed 9600
C2600-FXO(config-line)#^Z

Instead I haven't any problems for changing the Tx an Rx speed simultaneously ,
 that is all I want.

Any Ideas about this behaviour ?

there are any difference between the commands?
