This is sort of a meek way to make my first
"contribution" to the group :).
What exactly is the defintion of a "downstream
router", or an "upstream router"?
I understand downstream/upstream in the context
of moving back towards the backbone, or out to
the edge of the network, but I see the term used
in other contexts.
Is "downstream", in a more limited context of say
an OSPF area, meant to mean "the routers I'm
SENDING to"?. Therefore, "upstream" means the
routers I'm RECEIVING information from?
