1. Just because a release is GD doesn't preclude the existence of "strange
bugs" in it, especially as the CCIE lab will require you to configure
features in unusual ways that may not have been tested thoroughly.

2. A CCIE should be able to determine when the software isn't behaving as
it should, identify the specific problem, and report this to the proctor
just as he would make a report to the TAC in the real world. Unexpected
things do happen in the CCIE lab, and you should be ready for them.
