Hi,

i've just finished the first week ( of 2 ) of a prep lab (Global Knowledge
institute),
and as for me i think this kind of training worth it.

The aim of this kind of training is to give you knowledge, and
self-confidence
(even if it doesn't alawys work ;o) , which is quite different from passing
the lab :

You are not there to learn (even if you always learn a bit...), but to show
what
you know.

As for me it's quite different.
