Hi,

In fact the nvc parameter specify the nomber of VCs you can open
simultaneously to a particular destination (default = 1)

With nvc 2 ,or higher, you make your router able to open 2 VCs
for a single x.121 adress.

As you need 2 : one for each of yours x.25 map ip
whithout nvc =2 or higher it does not work.

As for me this parameter is local to your router
(and remote). Your provider does not need it.
