The router has two Ethernet interface: e0 connect to the backbone.
An application has a data flow from e1 to ethernet backbone. The UDP packet
with source port and destination port are both 6700.
How should I configurate this router to ensure this packet will be
forwarded with highest preference and if congestion and delay may be
occurs, this packet should be dropped than be delayed.
