For what it's worth, I extensively used vLab to prepare for & pass the
CCIE lab -- easily 90% of my total router experience came from working
on their vLab system. [caveat - I work for Mentorlabs, and developed
many, many labs for them over the course of a year, during which I also
ran almost all of the labs]
I found that digging into & really understanding in detail why things
happens in their advanced and expert labs (when you do it right, when
you do it a little bit wrong) was the cornerstone of my preparation. I
believe this approach should help with any problem scenario. If you can
build it, can you break it? Does it break like you expected it to?
They do have two expert level labs that follow the ECP1 hidden issue
philosphy -- '3140 Troubleshooting OSPF and RIP Across a Frame Relay
Network'
and '4060 ECP 1 : Interconnecting IGP Environments Across Frame Relay
Networks'.
