The best in my collection: Configuring Cisco Routers for Bridging, DLSw+,
and Desktop Protocols/Tan Nam-Kee by McGraw-Hill publish. Worth the $$.
Lots of examples.

I would also review some recent e-mails on the subject. It is hard to find
good information on DLSW+.

p.s. Caswlow's book Router and Bridges has a small section. You should have
that one in your collection anyway. Read the Cisco Docs under source route
bridging for filtering.
