You may want to consider a university practice lab if
you live close to one. The one here in Austin is at
http://www.ots.utexas.edu/ccielab/. The current price
is $350/day for a workstation and a rack of equipment
similar to the lab test racks at Cisco. (The price will
probably go down at all CCIE practice labs soon.)
