SNMP configuration

Hi,

I'm trying to do a SNMP lab but couldn't make it work:
           R1-------R2
R1:(SNMP client)
snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server enable traps snmp
snmp-server host 137.20.17.2 public

R2:(SNMP manager)
snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server community secret RW
snmp-server manager

R1 and R2 can ping each other, When I shut down and bring up R1's interface,
I get "05:13:15: SNMP: Queuing packet to 137.20.17.2", so I guess trap was
sent out. But on R2, I didn't see any message even if I enable "debug snmp".
Do I need a special command to see SNMP events? or there is something wrong
with my configuration?
