Things may have changed, but I saw the practice lab a year ago and it
wasn't anywhere near the difficulty of the real lab. I would recommend taking
one (or all ;-) ) of the CCIE prep classeses that are available.
ANEW1 and ANEW2 from Global Knowledge/Geotrain were really good
and I've heard good things about Chesapeake's course as well.
