Lab Structure

Can anyone comment within NDA:

What is the structure of the actual exam portions? I will take the lab in
May(1st time), and I don't want to waste any time in the lab learning the
day-to-day stuff. I know about the grading & what you need to get to reach the
next section.

For example, Are we given a scenario to provide solutions as we see fit?

Are we given specific technologies and asked to configure them?

Are we given specific addresses to use, can we make up our own?

How do we get cables, connectors, etc? Are the patch panels well documented?

Do I have to scrounge paper, pencils, documentation materials? what is
available, if anything?

If there are 8 people in the lab at one time, how do we keep from bumping into
each other if we are all cabling at the same time?

What prevents someone from looking over my shoulder at what I am doing?

Thanks in advance for anything that can be answered.(Within NDA, of course).
