Ben,
I think Phase I is obsolete. Phase II is the one you should use. As a
matter of fact, phase I doesn't support token ring. My habit is using
one address for phase II, like "apple cable 100-100 100.1", that will
make my life a little easier.
Regards,
Zhen Cai

I'm in the habbit of always using Phase I addressing for AT. I just
came across a question you gave me that says to use Phase I on an
interface of one router, leading me to believe they want Phase II
elsewhere. Are you in the same habbit? I'm kinda wondering what I
should do for the lab. Phase I is a little simpler.
