The basic difference is that 1 and 2 are global commands while the third is
an interface command. The hold-queue specifies how many packets can be in
an interface's queue at any one time before they get dropped. The other
commands do the same thing but only apply explorer packets. My guess is
that they work together depending on whether you are using dlsw or srb.
Can anyone confirm this?
