You need your UNI signaling PVC:
int atm0
atm pvc 1 0 5 qsaal
I'm surprised it's not there by default; it usually is on a
LANE module.
BTW, you don't need the esi-address command.
Your question confuses me a bit though: do you want to
attach the 5500 to anoter router via ATM or ethernet?
