Tony this means that you must configure and enable ipx eigrp in the LAN
interfaces and in the global configuration. When you enable IPX Eigrp the
routers send periodical updates through the LANs interfaces and change
driven updates on the serial interface by default. If you want change driven
updates on the LAN you must enable it
