The last two folks are correct... You are in fact encouraged to reboot your
routers whenever you feel like to verify that things will still work after
reset... Who told you (Yifan/Eric) that you needed approval to do so?

I took the lab twice in Australia, no such thing. U can reboot the router
anytime u like. What Gary said is right.
