"set spantree priority" affects which switch will be elected the
spanning tree root
"set spantree portvlanpri" affects wheather the port will in blocking
or forwarding state for the vlan concerned on a trunk port (remember
each vlan has its own instance of spanning tree, so a port may block
one Vlan and forward another)
