I tested in RTP in May 1999 and was treated fairly, IMHO. I
did not perceive that anyone was having a hard time with the
proctor, equipment, or facilities. That is, outside of the
usual sweating over the exam!

Pay attention to what you're told to do (start times,
etc.). And if you think you have an issue with the gear or
a call on the protcor's part, keep a cool head and be as
objective as possible. How many times have you ever seen a
referee change a call when a player blows his top?
