Apologies for not being clear enough but that's not what I meant. When
you're doing the reverse telnet stuff you are normally telnetting back into
the router which hosts the aux port and your session then gets passed out
through the aux port. If the router with the aux/tty port on it has no more
free vty sessions you get the connection refused message as you can't telnet
back into the router to start the session.
