Sorry, where I put R3 in last msg, read R2.. I made a mistake...
What I have is simple. R1 is connected to R2 via serial link (HDLC for
example) and they are running EBGP. In R1, I have AS1 and in R2, I have AS2:
AS1 AS2
R1 ------- R2
In R1, I want to see R3 as AS6000, not AS2. Is it possible?!
Brgds.

please draw a scheme of what you're doing. From your explanation, it
follows that you don't ever need any route-maps or filters, just
establish the neighbors with R3.
