I did try clear ip bgp *, clear ip bgp <neigh add> etc. Infact I removed BGP
from the router and recopied it back in (do not ask me why) and that didn't do
the trick. I really did not want to reload the router to solve the problem. But
after few hours of troubleshooting and with no more coffee left in the pot, I
decided to reload.
