OSPF redis into OSPF

Here is a tricky one...

I have an OSPF summary 132.7.0.0/16 in my routing table,, points to null0. I'm
doing
router igrp 1
redistribute ospf 1 metric 100000 2 255 1 1500
network 133.0.0.0

between router 133.0.0.1 and router 133.0.0.6.

router igrp 1
network 133.0.0.0

The 132.7.0.0 route will not show up in the non-redis router. Why?
Both routers can ping each other. It is a TR connection.
