ISDN ERRO 8195

   Hi there..
   
   I would like to know if somebody has experienced something similar..
   
   ISDN.. configured fine... then when i checked it later.. I couldn't
   bring the line up when attempting ping..
   
   debuging ISDN Q921 and Q931.. shows call rejected i=8195 or something
   similar..
   
   does anybody here know where I can find and article or something to
   interpret these numeric ISDN messages..
