If they aren't immediately seeing each other, I'm going to guess that you
don't have the software feature set that supports PNNI. If that is the case,
you'll need to configure IISP (static routing for ATM) which is a bit more
work. Below is a snippet from the config of a 1010 with PNNI enabled. I don't
think I have an IISP config laying around but maybe somebody else can help
with that ?
