As I see the configuration in Caslow's book, he has entered atm
esi-address on the atm interface of three routers. R1 has an esi of
111100000000.00, R2 has an esi of 222200000000.00, and R3 has an esi of
333300000000.00. Note that the esi is 6 bytes and ends with a .00 for
the selector byte. The NSAP address can be obtained from the show
interface command or the show lane def command or the show atm ilmi.
The prefix will be the same for all routers if they are connected to
the same switch.
There seems to be some discrepancy in the book as the prefixes presented
are not the same nor consistent.
