When I took my lab, there was a guy in there who was taking the ISP
exam. I talked with him briefly, and he mentioned he was working on a
lot of PIX (firewall) and modem configurations.

I'm not doing it yet - but I just talked to my CEO an hour ago on
the subject and I also want to know what's involved and *how* to
study for it. I've tried looking up the web page & ringing my
Channel account bod (he isn't in), but so far I'm not really any
wiser.
I'd most like to have some CCIE level lab exercises. Anything to
get an idea of what they are testing (other than BGP, BGP and
more BGP) so I can get good in those areas.
