There are all sorts of things it would be nice to health checks on, like
ethernet, etc. Unfortunately Cisco hasn't implemented them (other vendors
have!) so your best bet would be a floating static - jason

ip route x.x.x. y.y.y.y serial0 240

I am working on ISDN backup. I know how to configure backup when the
serial port goes down. In frame, is it possible to configure backup to
come up when the PVC goes down? I could do this with floating static
routes, but what about monitoring the DLCI? The frame port is a regular
port, not a subinterface.

7 Days to go!
