You can get all the training manual from
ftp://ftpeng.cisco.com
Use anonymous to login
After you login, you can't browse the directory.
You should type "cd ipmulticast"
then you can't browse the directory and get 9 chapters detailing ip
multicast

I like the book! There aren't too many books dedicated to multicast and
this one concentrates on Cisco (CGMP for example). It helped me out a bit.
