NLSP to IPX EIGRP redistribution

Does NLSP do mutual redistribution with IPX EIGRP. The router running NLSP
learned the IPX EIGRP routes and places them in the routing table as NLSP
external routes. Yet other IPX EIGRP routers do not learn the native NLSP
routes. I'm running IOS 11.0(17).
